If you live or work in North Austin — whether near the Domain, Pflugerville, Round Rock, or anywhere along the 183/MoPac corridor — you've probably noticed that finding a great boba shop in this part of town used to require a drive. That changed when Sip Munch Cafe opened on Parmer Lane.

What We Do Differently

We're not a chain. We're not franchised. We're a local, family-owned cafe that opened because we genuinely believe North Austin deserved a boba and coffee spot that cared about quality as much as convenience. Every drink we make is handcrafted to order. Your sweetness level, your ice level, your toppings — all customized fresh when you order. Nothing sits around. Nothing comes from a premix bag.

Boba & Milk Teas

The classics: Taro, Thai Tea, Traditional Milk Tea, Jasmine, Roasted Rice, Salted Oolong. Plus fun ones like Tiger Boba, Strawberry Milk, and Mango Milk. All served with your choice of toppings and customizable sweetness.

Vietnamese Coffee

This is where we really shine. Our Vietnamese coffee lineup includes Pandan Coffee, Salted Coffee, Creme Brulee Coffee, Ube Coffee, Sesame Coffee, Coconut Coffee, and Bạc xỉu. Brewed the traditional way with a phin filter using a dark Robusta roast — bold, rich, and unlike anything you'll get at a chain coffee shop.

Refreshers & Fruit Teas

Dragon Twist, Crimson Lychee, Rosie Dragon, Peachy Tropics, Citrus Rose, Guava Glow, and more. Made with real fruit tea bases, these are bright, refreshing, and gorgeous to look at. Perfect for Austin's 10-months-of-summer situation.

Matcha Green Tea

Strawberry Matcha, Mango Matcha, Tiger Boba Matcha, Matcha Coffee, Matcha Latte. We recently upgraded to ceremonial grade Shizuoka matcha from Japan — so if you've tried our matcha before, it's even better now.

Fresh Sugarcane

Kumquat, Pineapple, Durian, Lychee, Original — fresh-pressed sugarcane drinks that are unlike anything else on the menu. Refreshing, light, and uniquely Vietnamese.

Snacks & Croffles

Rice Paper Salad, Popcorn Chicken, Pot Stickers, Cheese Sticks, Fried Lobster Ball, and more. Plus our Croffles — croissant-waffle hybrids with milk foam, strawberry, or chocolate toppings. Yes, they're as good as they sound.

We're at 1701 W Parmer Ln Ste 105, Austin, TX 78727 — in the shopping center right off Parmer, easy to reach from MoPac, 183, or I-35. Plenty of parking, quick service, and a welcoming vibe whether you're grabbing and going or hanging out for a bit. Can't come in? We're on DoorDash, Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Chowbus.

A Note on Community

We didn't open Sip Munch Cafe just to sell drinks. We opened it because we love this community and wanted to create something that brings people together. We partner with local schools, nonprofits, and first responders. We do fundraiser events. We genuinely try to be a place people are happy to come back to — not because they have to, but because they want to. North Austin, this one's for you.
